Course Leaders: Katy Neild and Shirley Hope
Katy Neild is a teacher and has worked with ASD and challenging behaviour for many years. She also has extensive knowledge of engaging complex learners, including sensory processing difficulties.

Shirley Hope is an HLTA at Millwood responsible for communication. She supports children throughout the school and works alongside the speech therapists.

Course information: This module will introduce you to a range of strategies and approaches to ensure that all learners can access high quality continuous provision and teaching in the mainstream classroom with ASD. We will discuss and demonstrate a range of strategies that will support children with a range of additional needs.
